Asha is a full-stack voice agent that books diagnostic appointments from the first hello to the booking ID. She pulls her catalog from your curated DC list, respects per-campaign restrictions, and handles the awkward parts — patients who change their mind, ask to be called back, or aren't interested.
Appointment Reminders
Smriti calls patients before their appointment to confirm they're still planning to attend, and gracefully handles reschedules, cancellations, and missed pickups — closing the loop on every booking before the slot is wasted.
Post-Visit Follow-up
Drishti checks in after the appointment — confirming attendance, capturing patient feedback, and gently re-engaging no-shows. Closes the operations loop with the data your team needs for retention and quality of care.
